Initial Triage Appointments
If you would like to explore options for individual counseling with Jessica or are looking to participate in the Students of Color Processing Group (Group Counseling) you will need to first schedule an initial Triage appointment.
"Let's Talk" Drop-in Sessions
"Let's Talk" sessions are a great way for students to have relaxed chats with a counselor and explore if counseling may be a good fit for them. If you have a specific concern on your mind, 'Let's Talk' sessions are here to provide helpful perspectives.
Jessica holds walk-in hours on:
- Wednesdays: 10:30 - 11:30pm
- Thursdays: 1:30 - 2:30pm
If after attending a "Let's Talk" session you feel that counseling may be a good fit for you, an initial Triage appointment can be scheduled. Not sure where to start? Contact Jessica by email, calling (309) 438-7218, or drop-in and she will help guide you.
